Registering on our Help Center allows you to upload project photos, keep track of all inquiries / submissions to our Support Team and gives an overall better user experience.
If you have not already registered, Click on the "Sign In" button at the top right of the page.
From there you can one-click register with one of your existing accounts (Facebook, Google, Microsoft)
If you do not have or prefer not to use these accounts to register, click on the link to "Get a password"
Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you.
Your tickets can be located by clicking on the drop down options in the top right hand corner.
When you click on “My activities” you will be brought to this page.
There is also a status filter you can use to navigate through your tickets.
