Test on an inconspicuous section before using.
For best results, apply a thin, even coating of Concrobium Mold Control to the surface and allow to dry thoroughly. Once dry, use product to clean any residual staining. Treat cosmetically with paint or other products if required. Leave a thin, even coating of product on surface to provide protection against mold.
For hard to reach places use Concrobium Mold Control Aerosol. The aerosol provides users with unique benefits not offered by traditional Mold Control formats. It is ideal for:
> Hard to reach places (e.g. cupboards, under sinks, in closets; anywhere the traditional format spray would be awkward to apply)
> Mid-sized mold treatment jobs (approx. 150 sq. ft.) where “trigger fatigue” can be a factor for traditional spray bottle application
> Deodorizing musty areas
> Treating fabric surfaces such as carpet, upholstery and curtains, due to its fine mist applicator
Application techniques – Spray bottle, aerosol spray, pump or garden sprayer, roller, brush or rag. Can also be applied with a cold (ULV) fogger to treat large or inaccessible areas.
Coverage – Coverage varies according to surface and application method.
Spray (manual or compression sprayer): 350-400 sq. ft. per gallon depending on sprayer type.
Fogging: approximately 1,400 sq. ft. total surface coverage (walls, floors, ceiling) per 1/2 gallon (the
equivalent of a 20’ x 20’ room with 8 foot ceilings).
Expect reduced coverage on absorbent surfaces such as fabrics, carpet, lumber and unpainted drywall.
